What should I do if I think some points are missing?
If you believe some points have not been allocated to your account you will need to contact us with these details:
- Your Name
- Your KANSHA Member ID
- Daytime Contact Number
- Points Value
- Date Points Earned
- Missing Transaction Details
The area responsible will investigate the enquiry and get back to you via return email or phone. Missing points will be allocated on the subsequent transaction file – this may take up to 30 days.
Missing Points can only be awarded to members via the transaction file. No missing points will be added to member's accounts manually.
